Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 12, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of divine-event-center.com, operated by Divine Event Center (“Divine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

WEBSITE INFORMATION

This website provides general information about Divine Event Center, including our event spaces, packages, services, availability, policies, photographs, and contact options.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, photographs, descriptions, package details, pricing, availability, included services, vendor offerings, and other information may change without notice. Information displayed on this website does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee.

EVENT AVAILABILITY

Dates shown as available on our website or public calendar are provided for general informational purposes only. Because Divine Event Center offers two event spaces, one hall may remain available when the other is reserved.

Availability is not guaranteed until Divine Event Center confirms the selected space and date in writing and all reservation requirements are completed.

RESERVATIONS AND EVENT AGREEMENTS

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a tour, communicating with our team, or selecting a preferred date does not reserve an event space.

An event date is officially secured only after:

• Divine Event Center confirms the date and event space;
• The required written event agreement is completed and signed; and
• The required deposit or payment is received and accepted.

All event-specific terms—including payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, event hours, guest limits, alcohol, catering, vendors, damages, security, cleaning, and other venue requirements—are governed by the signed event agreement. If these website Terms conflict with a signed event agreement, the signed event agreement controls.

PRICING AND PACKAGES

Prices, packages, services, promotions, and included items shown on the website may be changed, corrected, or discontinued without notice. Final pricing depends on the selected package, event date, guest count, services, upgrades, and other event details.

Any estimate or website description is subject to confirmation in a written proposal or event agreement.

VENUE CAPACITY AND EVENT LAYOUT

Divine Event Center currently limits event seating to a maximum of 130 guests per event space. The final permitted layout and guest count may depend on the requested setup, dance floor, DJ, live band, photo booth, décor, vendors, equipment, and applicable safety requirements.

Guests and clients must comply with the capacity, layout, safety, and operational requirements stated in their event agreement.

TOURS AND APPOINTMENTS

Private tour appointments are subject to confirmation and may need to be rescheduled because of events, maintenance, emergencies, staffing, or other operational needs. Scheduling a tour does not place a hold on or reserve an event date.

USER SUBMISSIONS

When submitting information through our website, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content, or content that violates another person’s rights.

Please do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, or identification information through our general inquiry forms.
